The “Modern Customer Experience 2017” event has started in Las Vegas, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and I’m looking forward to meet all the CX and Oracle Service Cloud specialists, advocates and heros… as well as to attend a number of fantastic workshops and sessions (my agenda is full, and I’m not able to go to all the sessions I wanted!).
